'Wholesale-only operators'

Introduction

On 12 December, together with the Research Centre in Information, Law and Society (CRIDS), Cullen International will organise a BITS Seminar on wholesale-only operators to address issues such as:
 
  • the profiles of investors in wholesale-only networks and other infrastructure projects. And how they differ from investors in vertically integrated operators;
  • the appropriate level of investment for wholesale-only networks: passive vs. active infrastructures;
  • the impact of wholesale-only network on competition; and
  • the regulatory regime for wholesale-only undertakings set by the code of electronic communications
